Mark Doty, Founder and CEO, created Doty Capital Group to provide everyday investors access to the institutional-grade real estate deals that are normally reserved for only the largest investors.

Mark Doty has been investing in real estate for over 14 years and has never lost money on a multifamily real estate investment. Since 2016, Doty Capital has raised over $50 million across funds from over 100 accredited and non-accredited investors. Doty Capital’s real estate portfolio consists of 13,568 apartment units across 41 multifamily properties along with over 500,000 square feet of commercial office space
